Q. Please describe the issue
A. This building has been in ruins for years now and as a taxpayer having to look at this eyesore what is being done? Do our taxes get reduced? Is anyone doing anything about this? Why is it still standing after a fire? answers please!!! Holyoke at least knocks down building that were on fire so no one gets hurt.
