Any updates? Homeowner continues running his business out of a residential home. All materials are stored at home and all work related vehicles are kept overnight at home. Two employees continue to come into the neighborhood to pack the van and then after an hour or so the employees leave in the work van and homeowner leaves in personal vehicle.

Code Enforcement has checked the property several times over the past few weeks and seen neither the van nor the trailer. If business activity persists, please call Code Enforcement at 205-739-6851. Otherwise, this complaint will be dismissed next week.

The trailer has been gone for a few weeks however the van is there every night and the 2 employees come every morning (M-F)about 7 am and leave their 2 vehicles ( burgundy truck and silver sedan)parked in front of house while they work. The 2 employees load the van with the equipment stored in the garage and generally leave in the van around 8:30 or 9am. Business owner does not leave in van only the 2 employees. Business owner leaves in white Subaru not company van.
This can be verified by multiple neighbors who see this activity daily. Pictures of daily activity can be provided.

This is an early morning view with 3 employee vehicles (not shown), employees, home resident (not official home owner) doing warehouse activities from the garage. Activity is increasing again. Please do some enforcement. Their activity is high during the 7:00 am to 8:00 am window when neighborhood activity is quite high too, causing much discomfort with the oak glen neighbors.

Homeowner has been notified. Case is being forwarded to magistrate. The magistrate will set the case for a hearing in Municipal Court.

Why is this considered closed? Because your deadline came up??? This is a pic from today 6:45 AM when the owner is getting in his car, the work van driven off by an employee, and 1 minute later the school bus drove by. I have the video. I have a photo from yesterday as well, when at 6:15 AM the employee was cranking the work van with very much noise (it is a disgusting cloud of smoke for many minutes after - industrial / environmental / noise pollution if you ask me). This should not be closed until the neighborhood agrees.
