What do you mean by "littered".? Someone threw trash on top of them?

No. I mean littered, as in throwing them in random places like trash for days on in while they sit in the same place doing absolutely nothing. This is the town’s answer to policing by doing nothing. Cars speed by them continually because they sit in the same place for so long, that everyone knows they are dummy cars. Criminals are well aware that there is no one in them so crime continues to rise with the actual cops doing nothing about it. Pretty sad when someone that backs the blue like me, feels this way. This town does nothing for its’ residents. Code enforcement is blind and then if you file an anonymous complaint to avoid problems with your neighbors they do nothing because our less than intelligent Governor enacted a law prohibiting anonymous complaints from being acted on. Useless tactics are being used by the current administration to make it seem as though they are doing things to help when they are actually doing nothing. People who know the system know better. So yes, littered as in serving the same purpose as trash on the road.
