It's a dead squirrel - just get a plastic bag and pick it up, and put it in a trash can. Not that hard, on the same level as dog poo or a piece of trash. If we hit up the city for every little thing observed to be amiss (e.g. the corner drug dealer, traffic lights, etc.), serious issues will take longer to be corrected or may not be addressed at all.

Perhaps you would like to provide your name so citizens of Albany can check with you before we use SeeClickFix in the future. Should we check with you before calling 911 too?
