Thank you for posting this issue.

Is the LED screen diplaying a message such as Out Of Order or Screen Blank? If this is occuring, we will notify the meter division for repairs.

If this is not the case, another problem may be due to adding coins too quickly. Pause before dropping each coin in the slot, to allow for the meter to display the amount on the LED screen.

The meter simply said 00:00 after the first coin had been inserted.

Always call the number on the meter and leave them a message. Youll need meter# and street. I do and they always get fixed fast.
