Description
Not sure who lives here if they are permanent or renters. They have numerious bags of garbage and overflowering town garbage containers out at the roadside. This garbage is being blown down the street and looks horrible. Can someone please address the property owners and get this ugly sight straightened out. People shouldnt' be aloud to live or behave like this in our town!!
