Street Lighting on Mix av. Currently there ARE extremely poorl;y lit AMBER Street Lights on all of Mix Av. Not all utility poles even have a light at all. The previous mayor Leng committed on a zoom call that all lights were in the process of being replaced with bright LED lights. No activity that can see anywhere.The AMBER lights makes for a HAZARDOUS SITUATION and on a very Road like mix this a real problem. Please respond acknowledging the issue and what what actions will be taken to correct this problem

Hi Alan,
You are being ignored. Sometimes, that happens. SeeClickFix is mostly used for rudimentary requests to fix something, i.e., potholes, graffiti, trash not collected, etc.
Your request is for an infrastructural change. That's a major request, and it's the main reason you're being ignored.
You might want to try a different approach. I recommend completing the request form with our town's Traffic Authority on the following webpage:

You should include all correspondence with United Illuminating on that form. Ensure your request is as clear as possible. Any ambiguity will give our town an excuse to ignore you further.
Today, March 20, 2023, is the cutoff date to have your request included with the Traffic Authority's next meeting on April 10, 2023.
Also, you might want to start making some phone calls. It's advisable to record all calls and ask for the names of each person with whom you speak.
