Description

there are two lanes driving northbound and the Left Lane is a turn only lane. Drivers are speeding on the left and cutting in the Right Lane almost causing accidents daily. There should be reinforcement during Rush hour, honest mistakes occur but blatant disregard should be discouraged. Perhaps those barrier sticks to divide the lanes and have folks pay closer attention would work as well.
