Description

Originally 4 dogs which would bark constantly day and night. Now the total is 6 dogs (two puppies produced by older dogs). Dogs still left outside barking day and night (when they are not escaping fence roaming neighborhood). None of the dogs are licensed with the city. Very cold nights and dogs are outside barking every single night. Reported many times and nothing done by city.
