Dear Resident,
You submitted a request for fence damage due to the resent wind storm. Please be advised that the Town is responsible for the exterior boards facing Town owned property and open space and the resident/homeowner is responsible for repair of the posts. Fence section in front yards, between homes and in areas facing non-Town owned property are also the responsibility of the homeowner.
If you would like the Town to repair the fence posts in your back yard that abuts Town property, please respond through this See Click Fix that you agree to the Town making the repair and charging you the homeowner for the materials and labor associated with the post replacements at an estimated cost of $400 per post.
At this time the Town does not have a timeline for repairs and is working closely with our vendors on scheduling repairs as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, we agree to the Town making the repair and charging for materials and labor at estimated $400 per post. Please keep us posted on the timeline as best you can. No major rush, as the fence is at least still standing.
Many thanks, and Happy Holidays!
