some residents are regularly parking on the street overnight during the week. I believe the ordinance is that you cannot park on the street between 2am and 6am during the week. I would like to see these vehicles ticketed until they stop using the street to park overnight during the week.

Some residents have stopped parking in the street overnight but other residents continue to do so somewhat regularly even though LPD is coming through regularly and ticketing vehicles parked between 2-5am.
Some residents continue to block all or a portion of the city sidewalk with their unattended parked vehicles.
And one resident continues to park between the curb and the city sidewalk.
