Description

Ugly graffiti, some gang related, has recently sprouted unchecked along Providence Place and Promenade Street, and emboldened taggers have now begun to hit the side streets lining these areas. The City MUST hold property owners responsible for removing graffiti-- it is completely out of control.

Update: As predicted, graffiti has spread to side streets, on signs, utility poles, buildings, walls, and basically everywhere. The cold has not deterred the spread. The City does nothing to abate it in this area.
