Please install a new 30ft pole with an 8ft arm, t-base, wire, fuse kits and 25/4K fixture.

A work order has been assigned to the appropriate staff for the street light repair. Depending upon ownership, the street light repair could be the responsibility of the City, KCP&L or Weststar Energy. Most streetlight issues can be resolved within two weeks.
