A large dead tree, directly across from 704 Propect Ave, is hanging over Prospect Avenue. A few large branches appear ready to fall onto Prospect Ave. and are a danger to traffic and pedestrians.
The tree is located on the W. Hartford side of Prospect Ave.

This makes me wonder if Hartford 311 may have the wrong staffer. What if the tree falls and hits a Hartford resident on the Hartford side? Perhaps the staffer should have responded with: "I will refer this to West Hartford so it can be addressed as soon as possible" to show that it is important, instead of punt it back.
