Tree is on the West Hartford side - it is their responsibility.

This makes me wonder if Hartford 311 may have the wrong staffer. What if the tree falls and hits a Hartford resident on the Hartford side? Perhaps the staffer should have responded with: "I will refer this to West Hartford so it can be addressed as soon as possible" to show that it is important, instead of punt it back.

I was directed to West Hartford. I believt the problem is within Hartford city line.
