I checked the logs and there was a preemption for an emergency vehicle at 12PM after a preemption time is typically taken from the left turns and added to the the through movements to get the signal back into coordination ASAP it looks like that may have happened here? I will watch it now and see if I see this happen again and make adjustments as needed.
