说明

Me and my wife moved to a first floor apartment and the upstairs neighbors two kids and two dogs are constantly jumping and running we get no peace and quit till they go to bed.... My wife is a cancer survivor and works from home. This has been taking a total on us mentally and fiscally. One went to management and I also spoke with the neighbors twice. I called the police and nothing has change, if anything the noise has gotten worse. The kids are doing it on purpose and the parent has smurke at me when she see me. I am lost here can't believe my beautiful wife has to go though this she really loves the unit:(
