Hello and thank you for using my SeeClickFix portal to report your issue. I see from the photo attached that the cable box appears to be the property of Bell Canada. While we do not have jurisdiction over these utilities, I do have a contact to report this to so that we can get it serviced. I will contact them today and make the necessary arrangements.
