  Owner is deceased, doubtful if any distant family members are concerned/involved with property. A perfect place for vermin, possum, raccoons and, yes, coyotes to inhabit. Many small children in the neighborhood that could be curious and potentially injured. Lucky that so far as we know, squatters or worse, are not yet in residence.
