Unfortunately according to your neighbor, your trash cans and debris was placed at the County curb prior to 5pm. You are guilty. Therefore you are in violation of County Code Enforcement ordinance. I dont blame your neighbor. You are in the wrong.

Thank you Sarasota county for leaving this open. Waste containers may be set at the curb no earlier than 5 p.m. the day prior to pick-up, and removed from the curb no later than 10 a.m. the day after pick-up. Kudos to whoever reported this valid and legitimate violation.
