Cement was broken by city 6 weeks ago. Still broken. 3 complaints all closed by Moises Rodriguez within 10 minutes of posting claiming I'm on a list to be repaired. Unfortunately Chavely, who answered phone # given by Moises if I had further questions, couldn't find my work order on any list she had!!!!!!!!!!!!! The seeclickfix.com program was rolled out for cities to get reports and actually fix a problem quickly prior to closing.The intent was to make cities ACCOUNTABLE and more responsive to fixing residents complaints in a timely manner. Maybe the Mayor and Boston, who oversees the program, needs to know your not fixing the problem just closing the complaint without any followup. THAT'S CALLED FALSIFICATION.
