The accident happened 6 days ago, the poster of this was curious about what happened, as I posted before this is for quality of life issues it isn't the newspaper.

because of the baby ridley park resident this was closed however after some checking there we no reports of any accidents at that location

I think what woodward is saying is that they checked official reports and none were made. I do not think he was questioning what you saw.
