We live in a two family home, as well Every trash and recycling bin on our street was picked up and both families did not have their recycling taken, It has been over a month now since they have picked up our houses, there have been times where our neighbors bin was emptied and ours has not despite them being placed next to each other, its beginning to cause us distress due to the excessive build-up of recycle-able waste due to this negligence.
