Description

This street light sometimes malfunctions as you can see in this picture. The green light is confusing when drivers are coming from everett to malden especially after a walk signal. Drivers sit and wait at this signal for the green light to come on,and unfortunately no cars make it through the cycle and it backs up Medford st. You hear a lot of honking when this happens. Best time to check on this is 3-4pm. It happens on sunny and cloudy days.
