Description

I often times walk over to Bay Drive to sit by the water way. I was at 90th street and Bay. As you get close to the water, there are a number of large holes. I stepped into one of them and my leg was covered from my foot to my knee. I could have broken my leg. Maybe an animal is doing this but these whole are all along the places to sit by the water off of Bay Drive
