Hi, there is a domestic duck living among the wild ducks at Ashley Reservoir. He's a beautiful duck and I would love to see him get some help before the waters freeze over. He cannot fly, so starving or freezing are his only options. I know it's a long shot but if there is anything that could be done it would be great. Thank you.
