Harper place needs PLOWED!!! It's going to get slightly warmer tomorrow and some of the snow is going to melt and then it's going to turn into a solid sheet of ice. I'm not sure why my complaint was closed out when it clearly has not been touched. We cannot currently get in or out of our house because of the huge amount of snow on the alley. The alley is a huge hill and when it has over a foot of snow on it, it's impossible to get up or down. My husband and the neighbor both got stuck yesterday and had to call off work, is the city going to pay our bills for their short comings? This is unacceptable, people need to be able to leave their homes.
