Can you please mention what will be done in regards to the removal and how it will be addressed with the homeowner? As already stated, these are repeat offenders and this has grown quite old and beyond frustrating.

It seems as though the owners may continue to do this if there aren’t consequences to violating the code.

I like how the residents have now moved the couch off the curb, and are now blocking the sidewalk with it. And the small nightstand is sitting on their driveway.

Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CE22-0041, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
