A. The issue is speeding and going the wrong way. There a a lot of children who walk and ride bicycles on Jacob and Vadnais streets. If you're going the right way down Jacob the last thing you expect is to have a car coming at you around the corner where Vadnais meets with Jacob. Be it in a car or on a bicycle.
