I understand this is a private street, but it's criminal how uncared for this street is and a blight on the neighborhood that it won't be fixed. It's a private way, so the residents are responsible, and they should not be allowed to have this private street if they completely neglect and refuse to take even the most basic care for it. The city needs to take control and either take back the street or demand that they take basic care of it instead of neglecting it
