Description
Per the instructions provided on this app, I have placed a sign on one of our two cart to remove it as we no longer need two of them. I have left it out a few times over the past couple of weeks but it is not being picked up. Please let me know what exactly needs to be done to remove this extra, unneeded cart. Thank you.

We have received your request and have forwarded it to AmWaste. Amwaste purchased the previous vendors carts, so there is not need to exchange carts unless they are broken or missing. If you have a damaged cart, please place it at the road with a note on it saying "Please swap or please dispose of." They will swap out your cart or take your extra cart. If you do not have a cart and need one, AmWaste will deliver it to you upon request.
If your bin has not been delivered or exchanged within 10 business days, please let us know and we'll follow up with AmWaste or coordinate other arrangements with a Hoover Crew. Simply email myhooverconnect@hooveralabama.gov or call 205-739-7311.
