Description

With the construction happening at this intersection (36th and Harrison Blvd), the sensors are causing issues for EB traffic. Even though there is no left turn permitted, going WB, you get an arrow, because the only lane is in the left turn lane, causing EB traffic to have 4 seconds of green time. Fix!
