Description

per closed and "abated" issue 11677406 (310-312 sip ave), there are 3 electrical wires hanging over the sidewalk and parking spots, wrapped around and dangling from two different trees.

please refer this issue to a department/office that can exhibit responsibility. it seem the office of Code Compliance is just as negligent as the homeowners for "abating" this issue.
