A. The painted lines on 31st around the Nicollett and 1st Ave. intersections are very faded and are resulting in constant confusion for drivers. The eastbound 31st turn lane has a legacy double centerline which is actually more prominent than the real lines, and causes northbound trafic from nicolett turning left to enter oncoming traffic in the eastbound 31st turn lane. The right turn lane at 1st and 31st is poorly marked with many drivers missing or ignoring the street sign and merging back illegally in the intersection.
