Broken retaining wall

Q. Please provide a description of the issue being reported
A. This retaining wall on Freedom way beside Hormel Stadium is falling apart. Parent parking is at Hormel Stadium every weekday to pick up students and everyone walks from McGlynn School to the Hormel Stadium parking lot and passes this wall that is along the sidewalk. The children run uphill and try to walk along top of this wall and it’s become very dangerous with the cinder blocks falling off and into the sidewalk.
