Description

After control box replacement, signal allowing northbound traffic off the 280 across Avalon onto northbound Junipero Serra is too short and long line of cars are backed up onto 280 during evening rush hour, blocking the right lane on 280. Need to extend duration to pass Avalon and shorten cross traffic signal to the way it was before the control box was replaced.
