Parks staff recently uncovered an open storm at the northwest corner of the Juniperro Serra/Hickey Blvd intersection. This is a low traffic area, but if someone were to fall into the drain they could be injured. For the time being we have placed a sheet of plywood and cone over this open basin, but it may be a good idea to consider a more permanent and permeable cover
