Description
Alley easement between 38th Ave. and 37th Ave. has been occupied at both ends not allowing access for utility companies to service cable and electricity needs. Fences have been illegally placed as well as a parked trailer/boat. Maintaining the alley is the responsibility of the neighbors for the 70+ years my family has lived here. This alley used to be drivable. Our yard has become the only access point and it's becoming a problem. Please resolve this issue.
