Description

Since there is a snow emergency, will the semi be removed from spring ave where it parks every day / all day? or are they exempt from the parking ban for the snow storm too? can this truck please be moved so the street can be cleared properly?? i dont understand how they are allowed to continuously park on a city street and no one does anything about it.
