While it may be on private property and it isn't offensive, the grafitii [and to be blunt, the fireworks business in general] is very distracting to the environment we want to live in. It's one of the first things people comment on when visiting. This truck has been here off and on for the past three years with the same graffiti. It's been reported to LPD and code compliance a number of times and nothing happens. I've noticed that when the truck isn't at this location, it gets moved to a vacant business in the south end of REO Town. With all the effort to renew REO Town, I suspect the residents over there find this graffiti upsetting as well.
