Description

The sidewalk in front of my house has a big dip in it. When it rains it floods then when it turns to ice it’s impossible to maintain. My special needs son has slipped and fell many times on it while getting on the bus. People have to get off my sidewalk to walk in the street because it floods so bad and becomes ice. I put down salt and sand mixture for grip but it doesn’t do much and it becomes to thick I can’t chip away with anything, I’ve tried. This is also a school bus stop where 4 kids get on the bus and don’t want anyone else falling and getting hurt.
