Description

People use Elmwood Ave as a route to avoid the lights on Chester Pike. This road stretches from Norwood and into Folcroft and is not one way. There are many young kids on this road and the speed limit is not monitored. In addition the street is not wide enough to be 2 ways which adds to the issue.
