Wow, I just looked at the building on Google Streetview and the entire front of the building is peeling and chipping.

It's a disgrace - and quite frankly, a real burden for the neighbors. Now that the City has been notified and acknowledged the issue, one has to wonder if some liability accrues to them if, say, the building were to collapse? I hope that theory is not tested, and that the owner is finally forced to comply with maintenance standards or sell the building.

It has not been fixed yet... don't get to excited. This is one problem of many pertaining to this property.
