Description

Large plate covering work done in the middle of the street. Also a large manhole. The noise from cars passing the street causes a thunderous noise that rattles the entire building and wakes us up throughout the night. When will this project be completed / metal plate be removed? What can you do to dampen the noise in the meantime?
