Description

The old Chuck's Luncheonette is looking abandoned and is deteriorating. Whoever started to do work on it years ago has stopped. Let's get Whalley Avenue looking better--it's better for the people and the businesses. The city should contact the owner of this building.

I am reopening this issue as it still has not been fixed. I have been told that the Chairman of the Whalley Avenue Special Services District (WASSD) is the owner of the Chuck's Luncheonette building. What does that say about him and WASSD. Even if he doesn' open up a place there, he should at least beautify the exterior. Shame, shame!
