Description

People fly up and down Hillcrest Ave. It is winding road, with blind turns and is narrow enough to be a one way street. People use it as a cut through street and it is dangerous. I am afraid every time I pull out of my drive way that I will be t-boned. My family walks our dog on this road, and have almost been hit by cars on multiple occasions. There needs to be speed bumps on Hillcrest from Washington street to Locust St. It a matter of time before someone is killed.
