My name got put on the request but it was never re-categorized so I was unaware it existed (software issue). I appreciate you following up so I was able to see your concern and reply. This issue was recategorized from Traffic Engineering Requests (speed humps, residential traffic issues, traffic signal requests) to Traffic Signal Timing.

I did watch it today and was able make a few changes that I think helped some. Today it was only bad from 3:22PM- 3:30PM I assume this is related to school release times possibly? In order to give the EBLT more time I cant just add more time I have to take it from another movement in this case from NS in order to maintain a cycle length and balance the intersection to keep the signal in coordination. So that makes is difficult due to the much higher volumes NS. I hope the changes help but I am limited in what I can do to fix it at the moment. I will try and watch it again another day soon....Mike

Could you take a look at the left turn arrow from wb warner to sb higley? Five cars get though each light. Perhaps you could extend that arrow and decrease the time for eb warner traffic traveling though the intersection. EB volume is always light and never backed up. However, due to volume turning sb on higley from the eb lanes, it makes it difficult to turn left onto higley without an arrow.
