This side walk doesn’t even have asphalt!!!

Here’s a much clearer photo without snow.

There are several areas on Carson between Liberty and Lander that are dangerous to walk on at night when it’s dark or when the walks are icy - this is a prime example. Would love to see all the areas fixed so it’s safer for everyone
