Hello,
I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Whenever we get heavy rainfall the storm catch basin drain always fills up and water does not drain properly. I try my best to clear any debris, leaves, etc from the drain but even if it's cleared the street gets flooded.
I'm unsure if there was debris blocking the drain this time because the snow/ice just melted. Can something please be done about this? Can someone come out to ensure there is no blockage in this drain?

The street continues to flood every time we receive heavy rain. Can someone please come and jet/vactor out the sewer drain located in front of my house. Sometimes if the rain is too excessive the rain water will go as high as my sidewalk.
