I am right around the corner & have been reporting this since 2012 which led to Service Request #405678. I just went thru the city's phone labyrinth & was directed to Sandra Smith 510.238.3239, left a msg & have heard nothing in 2 days - I can't believe such a fire hazard is allowed to sit . . wondering what next step is
Anne.
